What sets us apart?
We have spent the last two decades coaching and championing women. That’s 60 years of insight and expertise between us. Here’s the lowdown:
Dr Gemma Munro has a PhD in performance psychology. In 2012 she started a global business that made a measurable impact on lifting the percentage of women at leadership level, with 60% of participants in her women’s leadership programs receiving a promotion within 6 months. She’s spoken to Google, Amazon, PayPal and Vodafone. She has helped tens of thousands of women to know who they’re here to be and what they’re here to do, and to find the courage to shine their unique light out to the world.
Mia Handshin is a heart-powered leader with a background in law and politics and a gift for unearthing true brilliance in others. A newspaper columnist from age 19, Mia has been described as a powerful “human-pattern interrupter” who sparks life-changing insights and courageously challenges the status quo. She passionately championed the rights of women and girls through organisations such as Plan, Save the Children, and ECPAT and became the youngest Chair of the SA Environment Protection Authority. Mia has coached and inspired thousands of women to bravely forge new ways of living and leading.
Taryn Brumfitt is the 2023 Australian of the Year, a film director and five-time author. Her work has reached over 200 million people globally. She has changed the lives of many and saved a few along the way, all the while empowering people to embrace their bodies. Taryn has been recognised by United Nations Women, invited to the White House by the President of the United States, praised by Ashton Kutcher as “good for the world” and described by many as a force to be reckoned with.
We’re opening the door to work closely with us in a way we’ve never done before.

A live and intimate 90-minute deep-dive conversation including Q&As with us. We’ll coach you through your gritty shit and wobbly bits, and we’ll share some of our own. We’ll have a few laughs (the real ones; the ones that refresh and revive you), and reveal some pearls of wisdom found along the way.

Meaningfully worded and carefully curated questions that we aim to share at the exact right time for you. They’ll help you explore your depths, support your growth, release what’s been holding you back, and spark courage, authenticity and joy.

Here are some we get asked most often:
I live half a world away. Can I join in live?
Yes! You can. We offer a range of times so you can join us live for at least some of our deep dive sessions. And we’ll record all our sessions so members can always catch up later.
Do you do in-person events and retreats?
Yes! We have grand plans for something around a campfire soonish, and multiple adventures later down the track. Inner Shell members will get an early heads-up and first access to tickets.
